Return Policy
You will have 30-days to return your item after it is initially delivered. Return eligibility relies on the item being returned in the same condition as it was received. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To begin the return process, contact us through our email at info@cubos.ca. We will discuss the return, and if accepted, we will send you a shipping label with instructions on how to return the package. The product itself will need to be sent to our Canadian address: 5420 82 Ave, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T6B 0E6.
If items that were received are damaged or defective, you must inform us immediately. This includes receiving the incorrect item as well. We must evaluate the issue to ensure the situation can be handled properly. Item exchanges are possible. The fastest way to accomplish this is to order the new item while returning the old one.
Processing refunds will be only after the item is received by us and inspected. If approved, the refund will be automatically distributed into your account (the one used to pay for the item) within ten business days.
